Mr Waterworth has been receiving instructions to act as an expert witness in a cardiac surgery for a number of years and is frequently instructed by both claimants and defendants in clinical negligence and personal injury matters. He has undergone medico-legal training and is registered with APIL, AvMA and the UK Register of Expert Witnesses.
